Starting January 9, 2012 we are pleased to be running a "Makeover" contest via email, as well as a weekly "Lives Beautifully" contest on Facebook. Please see below for details.

Contest Rules & Regulations:
Runs Jan 9-March 30, 2011

Prizes: Grand Prize Total Value $5000. Includes approx. ($3000 Body Makeover from Urban Body, $500 Shopping Spree at Caprice West, 5 personal training sessions at Balanced Fitness, Photo Shoot from Elegant, $150 GC for Kuhlmanns, $100 in Activewear from One Tooth, Haircut, color and Style from Tease value $200)

How to Enter: Submit a photo and short story (250 words or less) of why the person being nominated deserves a Makeover.  Provide complete contact information to qualify (Your name, phone, email, nominees name, phone and email). Submissions can be done by email at makeover@urbanbodyclinic.com. Winners will be contacted by phone and posted on Facebook as well as in the sponsoring companies email newsletters.*

Note: photos will not be returned and may be used for future marketing purposes.

Weekly Prizes:  various prizes from the above sponsors.

How to Enter: Submit entries on Urban Body Clinic's Facebook page nominating someone who “lives beautifully.” This can be a photo, short paragraph showcasing an inspirational story or person. All entries will be featured online and may be used for future marketing purposes. Winner will be chosen by random and both parties will receive a prize. Prizes are awarded as is, there are no substitutions, refunds or exchanges. Weekly contests close every Friday and the winners will be posted on the following Monday. Winners will have 72 hours to claim their prize, unclaimed prizes will be used for future promotional purposes. *
